Myplestory is stuck loading... Empty Myplestory is stuck loading...

My friend is having some issues with Myplestory to simply stop loading. It happens after the second time he installs myplestory. After the install, it worked perfectly. However, when he tried to use it again, it did not work. He re-installed and it worked, but the same thing happened when he tried to start it again.

I dont understand at all, check your computer Memory how much i does have space, if he get error, post me a picture here by Uploading it to Www.Imgur.com
