Error 38 when i log in game

The title says it all. It has been happening for the past 2 days. Any idea how to help me please..? =/

Please post bugs, like this, under the bugs page in announcements and yes we alrdy know about this

I think it's because you are in a bugged map or something?

it's not.cos i did unstuck and got warp to henesys.tried with other chracter and it works

Then I think your character has a bugged item or something like that.

I encounter the same problem, too 
Once I log in with my character, then the program shutdown, leaving a message "Error code : 38".
I try to use Char FIX but it doesn't work.
My job is Mercedes.
I doubt that if the program shutdown because i brought some case item like "Miracle cube set"

Yes, multiple people are having this problem, it has nothing to do with your folder or maple file. I know this because I went on 1 of these bugged characters and got the same message. Gigit will try to fix these characters as soon as possible.
