Internal Exception Occured Empty Internal Exception Occured

I installed the maplestory version for the website and the game client. I Put the game client in the folder it asked, then I tried opening the game then this message popped up: An internal exception occured (Address: 0x12b2910)
How do I get pass this?

Hmmm... Never heard of this error before~
Try deleting the folder and re- installing, for other ideas, go to guides> Download myplestory v117

I tried everything. Constantly restarting my computer and reinstalling v117 only to keep getting the same error. I event tested on other servers and I still get the same result. I looked through Dicks guide but that didn't change anything either.

Yes I am. I looked into the error and it seems to be problematic to me and other windows 8 users. Is there a way to fix it?
