There is no such thing as a bugged item that is available to normal players. Bugged items only include items that have forced GM potential, above 5k WA/MA, and insane stats such as that.

But this isnt the first time this has happened to a normal player. There might be a bugged item out there that these people have. Its possible.

No, items are only bugged as precautions by the server, automatically, to stop hackers. Bugged items are not items that are obtainable by players. Only items that have insane stats are items that bug your character, as a precaution by the server.
