Skill glitch? Empty Skill glitch?

So....erm, I'm not sure if this a glitch or not...but when I advanced to my 3rd job, all my skills were already maxed out ._.
I'm not sure what to think of this and therefore, I'm not able to add any sp. What happened was, when I got to 70, I clicked job advance and didn't know it had already job advanced, so I clicked it again. Not sure if it's because of this or not, but either way, all my skills are maxed out already.

i got the real skill bug ._. when i go to that ice crystal-like NPC to max my skill,it turns out to be; my skill will not be maxed after i CC,logoff. any solution on this?
