What bug : Puffram pet doesn't work
Description of bug : Whenever I try to take it out, it doesn't come out.

Description of problem: Unable to add any points into skill on 4th JOB. "bought books from CS, everything"
- Gives a pop up of needing to add 1-3rd job skills. But even after all that, my skills are still bugged.
Also, "Tombstone NPC" at the freemarket doesn't work.

Tombstone NPC(sells phantom canes) works, Atsukio is able to talk to it.

For 3rd job of Blade Master, after buying all the books from cash shop and added points to the skills, I relogged and, my blood storm skill is 0 SP. basically ate my SP and unable to add any SP afterwards.
As for 4th job I am unable to add any points at all.

General:
Scar map cannot be entered as not enough channels.
Pap map cannot be entered.
Mulung Dojo is not working
Marksman:
Illusion step gives 10 less dex than its suppose to give. (LV1 says 11dex but increases 1dex instead)
Puppet's hp is very low(?) it dies instantly to aliens. it also procs high damage warning
Spirit link: Frostprey hp increase not shown properly.(shows the hp bar exceed the limit) Also, it doesnt feel like the increase damage% is there)
Frostprey in fact deals no damage although it procs the high damage warning

Unable to enter Time Temple Mob Area. not even the green monks can be entered.
