Can't cube VIP Earrings

Yesterday, I cubed my VIP earrings to 6% Luk and 3% dex and something else (3L) and left it there because I ran out of cubes. However, I tried to cube them this morning and when I open up the cube GUI and put the item in, it says that Maplestory has stopped working. I tried multiple times. However, I did cube other items this morning without a similar error. After cubing the other items, I tried the earrings again but still no luck.

I have a lot of Items to cube before I come back to my earrings, so support people, you have time. But if you could not take longer than 3 days that would be nice.

This happened to me a while ago with my Elemental staff :/ I cant remeber how i fixed it tho o...o :3 if u need new VIP earrings i have a spare Unique ones.

Will I have to pay you for those earrings?
But anyway, I'll get them later once I have cubes cause 6% Luk is better than a useless unique pot.
