when I do /find "my character" it shows hes in the free market ch1.. however, hes not in the free market... I can still login on that account but when I select him and enter my PIC it just gives me a error and sends me back to the login... I tried the website character fix/already logged in fix and both don't work..

Come on , you could post earlier about this.
andd , your event are quite sucks because i don't think newbies could find those ingredients.
and second , we're in the diffrent time zone. Mostly arent from EUR.
you didn't say how many winner for this event. 1? 2? maybe 1000 of winner?

So far i can see only these guy can farm these ingredients : Epic/Letter/Exotic and other pro's.

and how many more event u going to make? and i thought u were suppose to be Donor GM.

Just login in site > Char fix > Already logged in [fix] or The another choice where u can fix single char. (sometimes you have to try couple of times)
