Creating a character

Hi i can log into the game and everything but then i create a character ( i made a phantom ) And after i put in my pic it would go into a black screen as in it would be loading you into the game but then the client crashes and stops working i have tried lots of times but it never seems to work can someone help me fix this issue please?

Is there an error that pops up?

Well when the screen goes black i have to do alt+ctrl+delete to open task managers then it says Not Responding Then i have to end the task An error does pop up but it just says Maplestory has stopped working

Oh well then I have no idea what to tell you... sorry for the lack of help

Try this all ways to get it working.

First way; Restart Your Computer.

Second way; Download client again.

Third way; Right click myplestory.exe & select properties, Compatibility and try in all Compatibility modes to start it.

Does this occur with any other job?

If not, rename your "phantom" AVI video to "phantom1" and your "phantom_memory" AVI video to "phantom_memory1" and try logging in to your phantom.

Well 1st of all create an explorer first
Not phantom first~
Then once u reach level 10 become a phantom by @myple>Jobs
If this is a re-occurring bug for all your new characters just create a new account.

~If you do not choose explorer in very begining of game you will find glitches with your character later on.
~ I have a few lvl 10 canes in FM 1 ch 1 (There is no other way to obtain it)

My GM character is bugged and my shop may have closed-
