When you buy it its already activated and it have a time (1day).
So when you buy it, it begins. Use your vote points wise.

Yes, it automatically should work~
The you can also get 2x Drop rate Coupon from cash shop

Search: Drop> and buy the 4k nx one (the others are glitched)
