Crashed in shop and lost my items

I was setting up a shop, and then my maple just froze. I could still hear the sound of buttons when i moved the mouse, but it was all just frozen. Then I d/ced and lost the stuff I put in the shop. Most of the stuff were scrolls, but there were two valuable items, one aees and one imperial ring that I got from trading in socks.
Can I be refunded for the lost items??

maybe if the server would be more proffesional, there wont be any need for refunds at all.

DCing has nothing to do with a server being "professional", DC happens all the time.

As Snap said, being professional is not related to the occurrence of DCs / bugs. I ask you to find one server that has never once had a single bug or DC. You won't find such a server. What makes a server professional is how they deal with the occurrence of bugs and such things.

On that note, I do believe that refunds should be possible given empirical proof, but in the case of DCs, this is hard to come by (unless you start taking screen shots every five minutes). Of course it's hard for the staff to simply take the word of the player - yes, it is unfortunate for those players who make honest reports, but there are too many dishonest players who would take advantage of this, and giving such blind refunds would destroy the economy.

Don't blame the server for this. If you were more careful you wouldn't have lost your items. Not trying to be offensive but yeah.

Actually the way most people lose their stuff is unavoidable. I don't think it's plausible to say being careful will help you avoid a d/c while you're setting up shop.

im just saying, for people who just started playing this server this might be a first time experience with crashing by fredrick and losing their items/mesos.
personally for me, this is the first time happening. and i played countless servers

That's exactly why there is no refund without proof.Next time make a video and upload to youtube,this way you can be refunded.
