I searched a lot about this here, but I didn't saw anything. I can't change my Hair Style. I bought a coupon on cash shop (the regular one), but when I go to a Hair Salon they say that I don't have the right coupon.
I don't if there is the same problem with Hair and Skin Colour and with face change...

But, maybe I am doing wrong... Anyone can help me?

I don't think they work. I bought blue contact lenses to change my eye color and they didn't work either. My suggestion to you is to either do what darkwing said and use the all-in-one styler, either wait until you amass a few million mesos from training, or use your NX to buy scubes and sell them to other players for mesos.
