ScarFace, 60 WA ring,~ Banning, destruction~ Lying = Bad :)

Okay~ So here is what has happened~

ICommercel
"Created" a 60 W.A. ring then offered to sell it for money~
ScarFace offered 500mil mesos +25 $~
Scarface payed 500mil then stole the ring not paying the 25$~
Then scarface starts trying to sell the ring after knowing I am looking for its owner.~
Taro informs me he has it now~
I confront him asking if he has it~
He says no he does not but that ICommercel was trying to scam him~
I then !itemcheck ScarFace for Berserker rings he has 2
He continues lying to me saying he doesn't have it~(20 mins)
Then i tell him to show me his 2 berserker rings~ He then shows me only 1~ I say show me the other~ He says i only have one~ !itemcheck says he only has 1 now~ Meaning he put the other in storage~
He continues saying he only has 1~ (About 10 minutes)
Then I say show me the other or i will ban you until gigit can check... Gigit may never get around to it~
He then shows me the 60 W.A. Ring~
He then admits to paying 500mil and not paying 25$~ Meaning he admitted to scamming

I banned him~ The ring therefore is stuck on his character.... If the creator wants to get the ring back... They must come to me, to get questioned on its creation.....

DON'T lie to me~ I will get pissed~ and u will not be happy

Nice. Lying was definitely a bad choice.
The not paying 25$ though? I would have congratulated him for scamming the hacker/exploit-er.
Heck, maybe the guy would have come back and made an opportunity to catch him. Why ban him so fast?

btw when using servimg, don't check the option to resize it, so you can keep the quality.

Um no offence, but everything I know about private servers tells me it should be illegal. For one, someone is PAYING real money in return for a virtual item on the server.

ANY form of monetary profit made off of private servers is illegal. This includes money the staff makes from donations, money players make by selling items, etc. If Nexon amassed enough proof, they could pursue a lawsuit against anyone involved in the making of profit.
