Issues with the downloads - Maplestory v116 Setup

Good morning, good evening, or good afternoon, everyone.
I have but a simple issue. The issue is that I get an error regardless when I attempt to run the Setup for version 116. Normally downloaded, it simply gives me Error -46(Corrupted installation files), but when I downloaded it with a download manager, it gave me a DLL error, yet didn't specify which.
I'm trying to re-download it via Manager to see if it works, but you may want to change the provider from Shacknews to something else. Shacknews doesn't exactly go fast, anywhom. If this were a Sonic game, the download would get trampled.
Thanks early-on for any assistance I may or may not receive on this later on.
