I am not able to job advance at lvl 30. I am a Warrior. Is this a common issue at the moment?

yes no one can job adv if you are a adventure. the owner is currently fixing this right now and it is almost done please bare with us. Smile

Does anyone know when I will be able to job advance? Should I make a new character and choose a different class besides Explorer?

You can make UAs which you should be making the 120 cygnus anyways.
