[FIX] Battle Mage Stance & Wind Archer Arrow Rain

Battle Mage Stance
-------------------------------
Go into MapleStatEffect.java and do CTRL + F in notepad++, enter 'case 5321010:' into the search bar, now above it there should be the old Stance ID, replace it with the new one '32111014'.
Compile, have fun.

Go into PlayerHandler.java and do CTRL + F in notepad++, enter 'case 3111004: // arrow rain' into the search bar, below it, add 'case 13111000: // WA arrow rain'.
Compile, have fun.

You can't just hire someone if they can code..Gigit needs to test him out and see if he can really actually code the things we want him to.
