Fix the Evan dragon saddle prices

As the title might have suggested, fix the evan dragon saddle.

I do not know whether it works or not, nor am I able to test it because it is just too expensive.

The first saddle costs 10mil, the second (lvl 75) around 30mil and the third (lvl 120) 50mil. As a relatively unexperienced player it was hard enough for me already to figure out the training spots as well as the general ins and outs of Myplestory. I already discussed this with a GM and he agreed with me that those prices are too high. Also, can somebody tell me if once obtained the saddle, the dragon can be mounted on almost every map?

I do not agree - the prices are fine.

You need to buy the actual dragon along with the saddle. Yes, the dragon can be mounted in every map (Besides the maps that do not let you use skills).

99.9% chance the prices for mounts will not be changed.

it's harder to come along money in GMS but people can get them just fine. Just keep farming or selling for money. Also you don't really need a mount as an Evan since you have teleport

I know it is not a must but I just thought it would be nice to do something new. Just killing monsters also gets boring after a while.
