So today I got to 120 with my aran, FlutterSpy. When I went to apply all my Sp I realized I was missing quite a few skills... and I looked up what to do and what not and couldn't find a reason as to why they weren't there. Maybe a bug or I'm not sure.

Try getting the basic skill books. Sorry I can't send you a link to the website because it says "New members are not allowed to post external links or emails for 7 days." But before you start killing the monster/boss, do @checkdrop to see if they really drop it or not.
