Not really sure if this is the place to put this sort of thing or not, so I'm sorry if it's not.
I have a level 89 Phantom and when I use my "skill swipe" skill, I can't use do anything else after. If I log out or so @ea it lets me do what it stopped me doing before (attacking, talking to npc's teleporting or pretty much anything else except move.) however, after doing either of these options it's like I never used "skill swipe" in the first place.
So my question is; Is this a bug or am I just misunderstanding how to use a phantom...

yeah, it doesnt work, you can find that someone already reported this in the v117.2 bugs Very Happy
