Are the chances to increase potential tier in this server lower than the original? Also, are the chances to get better potentials such as percentages on stats rare? I've used about 30 cubes and have gotten just about nothing.

Well Its The Same Rate as Other servers and such as Gms as far as i know
but you can sue super miracle cubes from cash shop and its give a higer chanse and tho its all about luck man
trust me ..200 cubes to get epic-unqie Smile

Usually tooks me 20-40 cubes to legendary with good Potentials like 65% Boss DMG in my Elemental Staff 7 it took 17 cubes to legendary and 2 cubes to get potential: 30% boss dmg, 35 boss dmg, 3% int.
